Daphne Minerbo advises companies and their shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance, with particular experience in listed companies.
She works on shareholder relations, compliance with CVM and B3 obligations, corporate policies and executive retention and compensation plans. At PSNA, she works on M&A and venture capital transactions and has also focused on mutual asset protection (PPM).
She writes on data center M&A, regulatory uncertainty around artificial intelligence and mutual asset protection.
