PSNA Law Firm

A boutique firm for transactions and regulated markets.

Panucci, Severo e Nebias Advogados (PSNA) is a Brazilian boutique law firm founded by partners with over two decades of experience in business law. From offices in São Paulo and Brasília, we advise on corporate transactions and on companies regulated by the Central Bank, SUSEP and the CVM.

We serve founders, venture capital and corporate venture capital funds, investors, insurers, financial and payment institutions, fintechs, virtual asset service providers, securitization companies and public and private companies. Our services include M&A and corporate, venture capital, insurance and reinsurance, banking and payments regulation, capital markets, crypto and administrative and judicial litigation.

Every matter has a partner close by, supported by a team of experienced associates. Clients speak with the people who know the case and make the calls.

Why PSNA

What sets PSNA apart: partners close by, regulatory depth and in-house technology.

Partners close by, with a dedicated team

A partner follows each matter from start to finish, with experienced associates from leading national and international firms. Fewer layers between the client and the decision makers.

Deal and regulator at the same table

From structuring and due diligence to licensing and closing, the same team handles the contract and the regulator. Less fragmentation and faster decisions.

Depth in insurance and financial markets

We know Central Bank, SUSEP and CVM processes from the inside, which shortens the path in licensing, changes of control and enforcement proceedings.

In-house technology

We build our own tools, such as the Minimum Capital Calculator, and use technology in day-to-day work on each matter for more predictable timelines and costs.

How we work

How we run each matter.

01

Diagnosis

We understand the goals, timeline and regulatory requirements and define the scope of work.

02

Structure and strategy

We design the deal structure or the regulatory and defense strategy, with risks and alternatives on the table.

03

Negotiation, documents and filings

We negotiate and draft the documents and prepare and file submissions with regulators.

04

Closing, approval and follow-up

We take the matter through closing, approval or decision and stay with the client afterwards.
