Rafael Bilton practices corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and dispute resolution, in court and in arbitration.
On the litigation side, he handles corporate and commercial disputes involving conflicts among partners and shareholders, liability of officers, directors and controlling shareholders, dissolution of companies and valuation of withdrawing partners' interests, contractual disputes and M&A-related controversies.
On the advisory side, he advises clients on corporate transactions, reorganizations, investments and divestments, partners' and shareholders' agreements and corporate governance structures, including listed companies, public offerings and tender offers, as well as CVM and B3 requirements.
