From term sheet to regulatory approval. That is the phrase that opens PSNA's new website, which has just gone live with a fresh new look.
What we like most about the result is that it shows the work, and not just a description of it. The new portfolio section brings together 28 transactions led by our partners and already announced to the market, including:
- 1.Susep authorizations: S4 insurers (Guardian and 2P), the move from the Sandbox to the S3 segment (Split Risk and LTI), the authorization of Você Seguradora for property and casualty insurance, and the transfer of control of Hoje Previdência.
- 2.Central Bank and CVM authorizations: Apusdigital as a payment institution, Guardian SCD, and the crowdfunding platforms Bora Antecipar and IBR Capital.
- 3.M&A and venture capital: the leveraged acquisition of Hospital São Domingos from Dasa (R$ 1.2 billion) and its financing, Bradesco's investments in Saúde Bliss and PX Data, and the sale of an equity interest in Skyone to Advent International.
- 4.Capital markets: the Matrix Energia FIDC backed by energy and battery receivables, debentures for a solar plant, and a series of CRAs for agribusiness.
Due to our duty of confidentiality, the portfolio includes only transactions that are already public. A good part of our work remains, by definition, outside this list.
The website also brings together our eight practice areas, client feedback published by legal directories, and a news section with regulatory analyses, press appearances, and event coverage. All in Portuguese and English.
What does not change is our commitment: clear scope from the outset, a partner close at hand in every matter, and technical expertise focused on the business.
