The CVM has authorized SEC CRED Administração de Recebíveis Ltda., which operates under the Bora Antecipar brand, to act as an electronic investment crowdfunding platform under CVM Resolution No. 88/2022. The authorization was granted by CVM Declaratory Act No. 25,879/2026, published in the Official Gazette (Diário Oficial da União) on September 30, 2026.
PSNA advised Bora Antecipar on the authorization process before the CVM, from structuring the registration application to following up on the regulator's requirements.
