CVM expands its agreement with ANBIMA and facilitates automatic registration of retail FIDC offerings.

CVM has published Circular Letter CVM/SRE 1/2025, clarifying the impact of the expanded agreement with ANBIMA on registration requests for public offerings under the automatic procedure. Going forward:
• Offerings of FIDC and FIC-FIDC quotas aimed at the general public (retail) may now be carried out under the automatic procedure, provided that ANBIMA conducts a prior review and issues an opinion with no objections.
• New forms bearing the acronym "AR" (self-regulator), specific to these offerings, have been released.
• FIC-FIDC offerings will continue to use the requests already provided for FIDC.
• For FIAGRO, there will be "AR" forms that will also allow an opinion with no objections and the use of the automatic procedure.
