Her track record includes strategic transactions involving multiple stakeholders, sophisticated structures and regulated sectors.
Her experience covers corporate and contract law, advising asset managers, private equity funds, institutional investors, financial institutions and public companies on significant transactions in the technology, healthcare, retail, energy, real estate, education, financial, food and industrial sectors.
She is recognized by Leaders League and Análise Advocacia Mulher, and holds an outstanding academic background from USP and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV-SP.
Daphne's arrival comes as PSNA concludes its first year with significant growth in the volume and sophistication of its transactions.
