✅ SUSEP has authorized the resumption of operations of LTI Seguros and Loovi, the insurance representative linked to the company. On Saturday, March 22, SUSEP issued Electronic Order No. 124/2025, recognizing full compliance with the regulatory determinations and clearing the resumption of activities.
🔍 Background: On March 14, SUSEP ordered the temporary suspension of product sales by LTI Seguros S.A. and of services provided by CW Technology Ltda. (Loovi). The decision included requirements related to institutional communication, the duty to inform and adjustments to advertising materials and content. LTI Seguros S.A., CNPJ 47.006.254/0001-80, participates in the 2nd edition of SUSEP's Regulatory Sandbox, an experimental environment that allows innovative solutions to be tested in the insurance market under the agency's supervision, with legal certainty and responsibility. CW Technology Ltda., trading as Loovi Technology, acts as LTI's insurance representative. Both belong to the same economic group and share the vision of democratizing access to protection products through technology.
🛠 A quick, technical response: Right after the decision, our partner Roberto Panucci began working directly with Quézide Cunha, Eudes Meira, Bárbara Mol and the whole LTI Seguros S.A. and Loovi team, coordinating the legal and institutional measures to comply with SUSEP's determinations. In less than 12 hours, LTI Seguros S.A. and Loovi made the necessary adaptations to comply with SUSEP's determinations. Overnight from Friday to Saturday, they filed a submission with SUSEP demonstrating compliance with these requirements. Over the course of the week, additional adjustments were made, with full collaboration, technical focus and a spirit of compliance. LTI Seguros S.A. and Loovi were also advised by Caio Scheunemann Longhi, Thalles Rangel and the professionals on their respective teams, who did excellent work on other legal fronts.
