We advised Bradesco, through FIP Inovabra I, on the divestment of its stake in Skyone, a company in which the fund had invested in 2021 in a Series B round.
We advised Bradesco, through FIP Inovabra I, on the divestment of its stake in Skyone, a company in which the fund had invested in 2021 in a Series B round.
Four years later, Skyone completed a new Series C round, marked by investment from Advent International and the exit of FIP Inovabra I.
Skyone is a platform for modernizing applications, data and cloud environments, with infrastructure, observability and security solutions for corporate clients across multiple sectors.
