Next Monday (11/10) at 10 a.m., the Central Bank of Brazil will hold a press conference to present the regulation of virtual asset trading arising from Public Consultations 109, 110 and 111.
This regulation is the most important step since Law No. 14,478/2022: it will define the authorization, supervision and governance rules for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).

- Wallet segregation, custody and governance;
- AML/CFT and operational controls;
- Coordination with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) and implications for players already operating;
- Deadlines and market transition.
