CNSP Resolution No. 476/2024 brings important changes for the insurance, open supplementary pension, capitalization and reinsurance sectors – with a focus on strategic alignment and risk management.

Key points include: variable compensation consisting of bonuses, ICP and long-term incentives (LTI), designed to ensure at least 40% of total variable compensation or the difference relative to profit sharing (PLR) and commissions. See the brief bulletin we have prepared on the subject.

Our partners Roberto Panucci and Tiago Severo Gomes have extensive experience implementing compensation policies at regulated entities, having worked since 2011 on drafting and reviewing compensation policies for numerous financial institutions.

Our team is ready to provide the necessary advice and implement best practices for your organization, turning this challenge into a competitive advantage!
