Daphne has built a career of more than 15 years at major law firms and was a partner in the public companies practice at Stocche Forbes, where she spent the last 13 years leading highly complex M&A transactions and corporate matters, including advising listed companies on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and shareholder relations. Her track record includes strategic transactions with multiple stakeholders, sophisticated structures and regulated sectors.
Her experience spans corporate and contract law, advising asset managers, private equity funds, institutional investors, financial institutions and listed companies on significant transactions in the technology, healthcare, retail, energy, real estate, education, financial, food and industrial sectors.
She is recognized by Leaders League and Análise Advocacia Mulher, holds a law degree from USP and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV-SP.
Daphne joins as PSNA completes its first year with significant growth in the volume and sophistication of its transactions. The move strengthens the firm's technical capabilities and seeks to expand its capacity to provide personalized, high-level service consistent with the profile of the mandates we handle today.
