The inclusion of Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDCs) in the cooperation agreement between CVM and ANBIMA has strengthened oversight of approximately 90% of the fund industry. Recently, settlement agreements (termos de compromisso) and recommendation letters have demonstrated the effectiveness of this joint effort.
