The CVM has authorized SEC CRED Administração de Recebíveis Ltda., which operates under the brand Bora Antecipar, to act as an electronic investment crowdfunding platform, pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 88/2022. The authorization was granted by CVM Declaratory Act No. 25.879/2026, published in the Diário Oficial da União on September 30, 2026.
PSNA advised Bora Antecipar throughout the authorization process before the CVM, from structuring the registration request to following up on the regulator's requirements.
