The CVM, through CVM Declaratory Act No. 25.752/2026, authorized IBR Capital to provide Electronic Equity Crowdfunding Platform services (Crowdfunding).
PSNA advised IBR Capital throughout the entire authorization process before the CVM, including structuring the platform's governance, operational structure and compliance, which are the main CVM requirements for authorizing a platform to raise funds from the public.
The work was carried out under the coordination of Roberto Panucci, with Guilherme Teles and Marcelo De Callis leading the process.
