SUSEP ratified the transaction through Ordinance DIORE/SUSEP No. 83, published in the Diário Oficial da União on October 3, 2025, confirming that the share control and management of LTI Seguros remain under the responsibility of Quézide Cunha.
LTI Seguros is part of SUSEP's regulatory sandbox, establishing itself as one of the most innovative insurtechs in the country and a benchmark in technological and regulatory solutions for the insurance market.
